Harvest Festival

It was our Harvest Festival at church this morning, and these dahlias were part of the flower arrangements decorating the church.
We sang all the favourite Harvest hymns! " Come ye thankful people come,". and "We plough the fields and scatter the good seed on the land - "
among others. But we also considered those whose harvests have failed, and those people who have had to leave their homes in several countries across the world.
