Comma

On a rather blustery day Jet and I took advantage of a brief spell of sunshine. Quite a lot of debris was littering the ground including a large branch which had sheared off and was stuck like a spear in the ground. Rather relieved my walk did not coincide with it landing.

Just a bit further along I was surprised to see this Comma butterfly sunning itself. I felt the strong winds would have kept them away.
