The Lurgy

The lurgy is here. Feeling rubbish all day but ventured out to the other side of Glasgow mid afternoon to meet at a friend's house. My wee sister braved the horrible weather conditions to complete a half marathon in The Great Scottish Run, so proud of her. Did have a terrified moment sitting on the M8 praying that the Kingston bridge had been reopened. Luckily it had, the idea of driving in the city centre terrifies me. Anyway, nice catch up with friends, and flights to Berlin booked for a weekend away in February. :-D Driving back over the Kingston bridge in high winds was a bit hairy!!! Now to get rid of this rubbish bug... and night 2 of 'sleepy'
