Like Summer

Gosh, it's been a lovely day today. I went for my hour-long walk at the beach, and there were so many people there, some were even swimming.
It's school holidays at the moment, and it was nice to see so many kids out and about, rather than being stuck in front of a computer, or video game.

I'm starting to incorporate some hill work in to my walks, to build strength.
I'm feeling so much better that I did just a month ago.
