...from a sow thistle that's happily growing in the strawberry bed. The wind was just starting to blow the delicate little seeds off. I faffed with it and I rather like this dotty filter.

A good day in the garden clearing borders ready for the winter. Still have quite a few flowers - tall pink cosmos, nasturtiums, and my dahlias are still going strong. Collected a lot of apples both cooking and eating, and I found a handful of late raspberries that never made it to the kitchen because I ate them.
