My breakfast today.

We will probably never know how many people were unable to eat their breakfast today, because of their own choice, insufficient money or time, or because of poverty or no power.
This was my breakfast.
Quaker oats, water, a small amount of salt and a generous sprinkle of linseeds.
Healthy, even though the colours are of the Earth and grain colours.
I enjoy it and find consolation in the hope one day everyone will be gifted to have a healthy breakfast.
Autumnal sunshine and a gentle breeze is weather to be thankful for, so I walked in Rishton and the trees are beautiful as the orange and russet leaves are with us today.
