Wood Pigeon

I would have liked to go to the Ely Blipmeet today, but as I now have a large group of students it was not an option, especially as this week my husband has two Addenbrookes Hospital appointments.

I spent the entire day, getting paperwork sorted as well as setting up the various messages that are required, so only managed to get a picture of this Wood Pigeon out of the kitchen window. A male pheasant appeared over by the boundary in our wild area. He is the first male to appear this Autumn so will be called James; I took his picture but it was not particularly good.
