More Momos

And we couldn't very well leave Nepal without learning how to make momos.  If you're ever in Kathmandu, I highly recommend "Backstreet Academy." We went to this couple's home, where they taught us to make momos, and while we shared the finished product, they had their son play a famous Nepalese song on his flute!  It was fantastic in so many ways.
