Gone Swimming

I had a chiropractor appointment in the morning and then off to work.

After work, I went to buy some stuff for Hero's routine next year. Fabric for costume and a chain, which I need as my prop. 

I took the boys for a beautiful, sunny walk on the beach and on the way home, I stopped by the sewing lady, who is going to make my costume. I brought cake and she made coffee. We had a lovely afternoon - discussed my new costume and life in general. 

Home now and so ready for a weekend off!
