Bristol Blue

This stunning Bristol Blue glass bowl was a gift from my dear friend and fellow blipper TBay.  She knows how much I adore blue, and when we saw her last week, she surprised me with this gorgeous piece.  It managed to travel safely back to Boston, well swaddled in bubble wrap and carefully nestled in my handbag so as to avoid the predations of the baggage handlers at Heathrow and Logan airports!  Now it has taken pride of place on a shelf in the living room for all to admire.  Thank you, TBay!  Every time I look at it (which is often!) I think of you with a smile!
