SUNDAY

This beautiful rose bush (in my eyes) is two doors up from us.  It flowers nonstop the whole year - apart from when it's been pruned.  The flowers aren't special however they start a deep pink, fade to pale pink and then salmon/yellow colour.  Amazing.  The bees love it.  I have included a close up in Extras.

The other Extra was taken early this morning before the sun shone through.  This chap paddles along the river regularly with fishing rods and has a couple on the go. Didn't see him catch anything.   Also of interest are the seagulls who have been flying around the same area for the past two weeks, again early in the morning.  It is very shallow where the fisherman is and the seagulls appear to be chasing something.  Not sure what.  Someone might know.

Have a good week, everyone.
