Another Badger Visit

Just to prove that we do have badgers visiting our garden, here is an extract from our wildlife camera, which picked up this chunky individual around 3.30 this morning. Taking four minutes or so it snuffled through the shrubbery then fiddled round the pond, pottered over the lawn and ambled back up the steps and away.
This is the ninth time we have picked up a badger on the camera since we installed it in April, often on a Saturday night, as was the otter so I'm beginning to think that someone has them as a pet and lets them roam free at weekends... how disappointing that would be!
