Mono Monday . . . Still Life

For today's challenge I didn't want a perfectly arranged still life and most unusual for me I wanted a person in the image.  I like the images in house and garden magazines of perfect interiors but I can't live with it myself.  My house is a random collection of treasured objects, art and photos.  The dinning table always has the fiery orange pot in the centre.  Often there are flowers and today's are in a milk jug belonging to my mother.  The forester is about to turn on his laptop and his half eaten sandwich and a biscuit are on the table.  (We do have plates)
Such is the clutter of life.
