Inspired by middleman's latest compilation, I've been streaming the debut album from TOY. If you like the early shoegaze sound, as jangly guitars morph into buzzsaw, tremelo singing guitars then there's something in this album for you. It's patchy in places, but there are enough songs on there that make you sit up and take notice. Decide for yourself here.
