Welsh Sheep

I see sheep
So it must be Wales
Up on the hillsides steep
And down in the dales

White sheep nibbling
Black sheep grazing
Everywhere a wooly sibling
It truly is amazing

There are woolly breeds
with fleeces grey
Hardy with so few needs
Living out each day

Wandering the moorside
Blacks with wool like wire
Farmers filled with pride
With dogs who never tire

Brown wool, black wool
Wool from fleeces thick
Yes sir, three bags full
Come and take your pick

Weave it, sew it, knit it
So much that you can do
Welsh wool is for all things fit
Warm and comfortable too

Cast away that irritating plastic
Go for the natural feel
Why chose some man-made synthetic
Help the farmers, let's get real
