Goose fair baby!

The first weekend of October is Goose Fair in Nottingham. As a child, I was dubbed as a 'goose fair baby' as my birthday always coincides with the annual event.

After 30 years of abstinence, I finally got to go & got my Goose Fair hit! Me mam & I did the scary rides, the silly rides, tried our luck on getting a soft cuddly toy at the 'hit any 3 cards' with darts...& lost. I had candy floss and a pulled pork and stuffing cob and in true Goose Fair fashion it pissed it down half way through!

Loved it.
