Anshim Pyunchae (seared Beef fillet slices)

Last Wednesday I have started evening Korean Cuisine course and as a homework I made Seared Beef Fillet slices with Doen-Jang dressing (doen-jang is a fermented soy beans paste), Chogochujang sauce (sweet & sour Gochjang which is made with fermented soy beans & red chillies paste) and Dooboo (Tofu) Salad with sticky rice.
My guests loved it and I'm sure Chef Yim will be proud of me :-)
