Fitness Class anyone?

This is the room i find the yoga blocks in to teach the class tonight....love all the equipment here! Very motivating. Another gorgeous and warm day today, we are on borrowed time with this summer like weather. Todqy was the 1st day back at work after a long weekend, Thanksgiving weekend in Canada - lots of turkey and pumpkin flavoured things!
