Following a delicious 4 course birthday meal prepared by Mr H and Miss H, I think my cold has been well fed, and tomorrow had better be a fast day.

Mr H has recently become a follower of Jamie Oliver so I'm looking forward to more delicious meals in minutes (not saying how many minutes).
