With love from all your friends

Flowers from work. I've had them nearly 2 weeks now... some have died or are on their way out but some still look lovely. Can't part with them just yet. I loved the combination of different and unusual plants - especially these ornamental thistles, along with the Astrantia (my fave flower at the moment) and Tiger lilies (it's an "Alice Through the Looking Glass" thing).

I could count on one hand the number of times in my life when I've received flowers - I'm not complaining as formal flowers aren't really my thing but these were very "me". Slightly unconventional with loads of different colours, textures and varieties. It was very thoughtful and much appreciated.
