Evensong

The neighbor's fig tree draws a murder of noisy crows in the evening. Although there is plenty of fruit, they create a commotion and everyone wants the same fig.

We are beginning to see and feel the smoke from the fires that are way north of us. I wouldn't have guessed that smoke would travel so far. From what I can learn, conditions seem to be getting worse up there, with the flames spreading to other communities and high winds predicted.
