Mmmm Steak on a Hot Volcanic Stone

So, maybe I should have taken the picture before I started cutting up the steak - but not only do I eat slower than M, I also prefer my steak well done to his medium rare!!! On the plus side, the steak was still warm to the very last mouthful and it was all cooked perfectly - even if I do say so my self :-)

Thanks to my cousin C for raving about the steaks at Carrigans - they were as good as you said they would be!
