Illumination Envy

Monsaraz, across the Lake, from our usual swimming place. 

Actually went down to get the sunset, but three lads were fishing, and I got a bit worried about taking my camera out - sure it's just a hangover from Brazil, but still... By the time Mike got there, it was dark, and nowhere handy to rest the camera, so handheld. We stayed till we could see the Big Dipper over the town.

Wish our town had enough funding to be illuminated like this... still, it is lovely to look up from our streets and see all the stars.
