BARTHOLOMEW'S CHURCH FINGEST.

The famous St Bartholomew church in the beautiful village of Fingest. The Norman tower of the church dates back to the 12th century and is quite unique. Around the churchyard are some Medieval and Georgian cottages and houses and you can see the famous Chequers Pub. Both the mill and the village of Turville have been host to episodes of a large number of TV programmes and films, including: Little Britain, Midsommer Murders, The Day of the Triffids (2009), Bride and Prejudice and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. It's been dull and overcast today I went to the hair dressers first thing then for a walk in the woods looking for a blip to take. Then for a drive in the car to take a photo of this church I hope you like it. Have a good weekend.
