Sparrow hawk ?

I was watching the long tailed tits feeding in the tree when all of a sudden this beauty swooped down and made a grab. It missed and the long tailed tit then flew for it's life with the sparrow hawk in hot pursuit. The LTT lived to see another day and this gorgeous bird perched on someones tv ariel and posed for a picture :) 
The extras are the beautiful sunrise today and a gull that flew right at me.
