Thankful for thunderstorms!

Last night we were going to camp with Sanibel, but the thunderstorms scared us inside....and that's a good thing! 
In the middle of the night, Sanibel got sick and threw up all over her bedroom carpet and herself!   She seems fine today after a midnight shower, but mom is worried that whatever it was could be catching, so we are staying away.
This lovely rose is from a bouquet Al bought when he went shopping alone for the first time since surgery....and I spotlighted the pink in it for breast cancer awareness month.
