Sangack

A customer who works at the factory where this is made came by with some for me to try. It's a traditional Persian flatbread.
In the package, it is huge, probably 2 feet long by 1 ft wide or more.
Thin, yes, but he suggested I try some just toasted first, and then with some walnuts and cheese. I tried the toasted one and it is delish.

Now, where can I find some walnuts?
