Ever since I had my neighbour's black labrador to stay I have been struggling to get rid of all the hairs she shed.  It became clear that my little vacuum cleaner wasn't man enough for the job, and I decided to replace it.  Hetty has come to work for me and, right from the start, it's clear she means business.  If she could suck the carpet off the floor she would.
