Up above my head

A flying visit to the Council of Europe in Strasbourg - with some interesting art installations on display. As the old adage says, always look up!

Fantastic as ever to spend time with colleagues from across Europe and to meet many new ones, including representatives from a number of government youth ministries and departments. Listening to the work being done - both in terms of challenges and innovation - is always such rich learning.
