This is an advert that is quite commonly seen in Nanchang these days. It is for a hospital in Nanchang specializing in men's 'problems'. I think from the picture you can guess the type of problems the hospital aims to treat.

China is becoming increasingly open about sex and these kinds of adverts, plus radio call-in programmes, internet forums etc which discuss relationships and sex are quite normal here
