Autumn

There seem to be more golden leaves on the floor than on the trees. Returning from the dentist this morning I took a detour through St Ives Estate hoping to see some autumn colour. Trees had not turned as much as I had expected, but the leaves floating in the lake made me think of “On Golden Pond”. Nice view up the drive, and love the tree roots (extras), although they are not so good if you trip over them!
