Amazing photo by surrealist artist #LeeMiller

Didn't get the house today, so it's another indoor blip of recently framed art that is slowly decorating the walls downstairs. This amazing photo is by Lee Miller, taken in Paris around 1931. It captures the door of the Guerlain Parfumarie where the glass around the handle was scratched by constant abrasions from the diamond rings on customers' fingers, creating the explosion effect seen here. You can order prints of numerous works by this great artist from the Lee Miller Archives. I highly recommend visiting Farley Farm House & Gallery where the archive lives in Sussex, too!
