Weird Monday

My blip journal just has to record this strange, red sun which I saw this morning from the garden. Later we all learnt that this was coursed by sand blown in from the Sahara desert, and ash from the fires in Portugal.
Combined with wind and leaves scattering everywhere, it was certainly a very strange morning as the tail of hurricane Ophelia passed over the south west.
