Tom and Sophie decide to buy a house

Tom phoned up yesterday looking slightly alarmed, with some news. I made a couple of guesses and then he informed me that they had gone out for the day and come back with a house.
Today they put down a reservation deposit so it looks like it is going ahead!
They don't hang around when they have decided on something....
