Can You Tell What It Is Yet?

I think perhaps that phrase is now rightly buried along with "I'm the Leader of The Gang I Am" and "Now Then Now Then How's About That Then". 


Still suffering from the chest pain - all acute causes have been ruled out so now we are on with ruling out / diagnosing more chronic causes. It's making me very crabby though.
