Bath before the quacks

Unfortunately we couldn't get an appointment for the doctors so Auntie Gem came and took us to the 'sit and wait' service only to discover you have to make an appointment for that too!?! What? So we left without getting Iris's sore bum checked out. I burst into tears as post natal woman do and returned home.
