Food alert

Poppydog was all relaxed and dreaming of bunny hunting 5 seconds before ... and then a food cupboard was opened. It never ceases to amaze me how finely tuned her hearing is (for important matters only, you understand).
She'd had an exhausting morning making sure a friend who'd come for coffee was suitably pressed into tummy tickling service. And then it was important to check out the sofa in case the cushions weren't quite hairy enough. You just can't get the staff.
Another grey, mild day with low cloud. Ironing done whilst watching a raft of ducks on the water below. Then out to a local sewing group tonight and really pleased to see that of the couple of ladies I'd shown a patchwork technique on Tues one had completed her block and the other had made great progress. Very satisfying :-)
