Hat Man

I spotted him (and his hat) across a group of people and gave chase. Unfortunately, he walked much faster than I did, so I gave up. I continued wandering around downtown and then, right around a corner, there he was, in conversation with someone else -- not moving. Yeah!

He and his interlocutor laughed at my chase story and he was more than willing to let me snap his pic :)
