Tofu dish

It was a raining day, wet but not that cold. 

Coming back, I was totally amazed at smelling the difference of aroma that I'm used to. Emily tried this new recipe using tofu (very hard one) from Dunnes, with minced pork meat inserted inside, cooked with light soy sauce and decorated with spring onion and chilly pepper.
