Good progress

Several tubes and wires have been removed and Dad has being doing everything he’s told (makes a change, says Mum). He was successfully moved from ICU back to the ward this afternoon. Doctors and nurses are all pleased with his progress and Dad’s pretty chuffed. All the walking he does with us has kept him in good shape compared to most of the people having cardiac surgery around here. He should be heading back home in another 5 days but it will be a while before we can all go rabbit chasing together again.
