Rain Day

Out this morning in the rain looking for a blip. Sitting at a traffic light and I see this poor guy out in the rain, digging in the mud. I think, that's not a cool job but I guess someone has to do it. Not an exciting blip and not too clear either. Some blip days are just better that others I guess.
