More room for fewer animals

I had to go to the German embassy in Bern to renew my travel passport and as I was in the city I took the chance to avoid the shops and go to the little zoo there instead ;) 
The zoo's motto is "More room for fewer animals", which I think every zoo should take up. But the leopards surely didn't have enough space. The big cats never have in zoos, they should really not be in them.
