Concentration

Marie and I went to Christchurch today, beautiful bright sunny and warm 25 deg C. I had Chinese for my pre birthday lunch, while walking around the Mall I stopped and had my Back massaged at the Traditional Chinese Massage, he sorted a lot of my lower back pain out and found a huge knot just below my right shoulder blade, that was not comfortable but I feel  a lot better. This older man was playing chess against a younger man in the Square.
