......in the true spirit of a lazy Sunday morning I'm catching up with some mindless, but very enjoyable, iPlayer viewing......delighted to find that 'Further Back in Time for Dinner' is being repeated and even more delighted  that some lots of the old cookery books featured are available for (free) download as pdfs from Archive.org......here's a screen grab from 'The Day-by-Day Cookery Book' showing just part of what I should be eating today.....y'know I'm not sure how they packed it all away in them thar days!!!
