4th place Head of the Charles 2017

Stunning day (entire weekend) 25 degrees, flat water and great race. They started 44 out of 45 in the over 50+ coxed men's 4, although they competed in the 60+ category and placed 4th. We had so much fun, great people. My sweetie's boat had 3 Canadian Olympians who rowed in a total 6 different Olympics (1 of them was in 3 alone). Post race this 3x Olympian and i hoped on our bikes and went searching for beer, it was an hilarious beer scavenger race ending in success and witnessing a drug takedown/arrest In the lobby of a strip mall department store. We met up with 8 others for a memorable evening at the Mexican restaurant with many maragritas and beer.
