Richmond Park deer

We took a trip to Richmond Park today - thank goodness for the sat nag who got us through London suburbia safely and quickly - well relatively - to the Park.  Had a lovely wander around Pen Ponds and saw several herds of deer, mostly relaxing, but a few were head butting and others were hiding in the bracken hoping for their chance to steal some hinds etc.  Quite a lot of bellowing and chasing them away was going on in between relaxing. A lovely day - ie no rain. Not a lot of sunshine either.
