Karst Brewing

Celebrating with Eric and Sandy.  Eric has been refurbishing this old building for 3 years!   It was an old café which has sat empty for quite a few years.  As they were tearing down walls and everything else, they discovered it had been a schoolhouse also at some point in time.  They finally opened for business on Memorial Day and have been very busy.  The brewery is small but the building is wonderful, and the beer is good, too.  We are so happy for them!
