Fly action, adult variety!

In the last 24 hours I have had the opportunity to enjoy some of the 3rd and also the 4th of October, without having any sleep! So please also check out my blip entry from the air for the 3rd.

Immediately on my arrival home, Paladian insisted I see her hoverfly central shooting area, and boy was it a revelation. It was flies and bees everywhere. I ripped the camera out of her hands to have a go with the Macro lens before the insects all left for the day. I managed to grab this action shot before the flies called it a day with the light level falling.
