One swallow a summer makes

TeeJay and I headed home from golden Bay today via Nelson to pick up her mid life criss - I mean car.

We stopped off for brunch at a waterside restaurant in Mapua. I love going to Mapua,such a gentle and refined place :-) This swallow sat very patiently while TeeJay took a load of shots and then I scrounged her zoom lens (mine was in the car). I was braver/more foolhardy than she was and edged closer to the post. For once it didn't fly away straight away so i got half decent shot :-)
