Rain

I don't drive into the West End much these days. This is a good job because  as from today Sadiq is introducing a toxicity charge. Levied on high emission vehicles and older ones registered before 2006, an extra £10 a day added to the already hefty congestion charge means that there has to be a good reason to drive into Town.

I've been planning to replace my vehicle for a while. It was going to be with an Audi, but now I may have to consider a hybrid.
